International Trade Law and The Nature of State

The world is a huge marketplace, where trade laws govern and guide the consumer through various arrangements. Nevertheless, for a better understanding of the intricacies of the law, it is necessary that we look for an expert. Ari Afilalo is one of these experts. He has a worldwide renowned knowledge of international trade.

International trade has appeared in the fourteenth century. Since then, it has made enormous progress in many different ways. It began with silk and spices from China and has progressed with the commodities. Commodities were transformed into services with globalization. Thus the world became a global village.

Afilalo claims that it is necessary to improve the trade laws constantly in order to improve the limitations of the trade.

The New Global Trading Order

Rutgers-Camden School of Law Professor, Afilalo, has dedicated his life to teaching the global trade scenario and work towards social improvement.

Afilalo’s a unique insight into the world of trading is given into his latest book: The New Global Trading Order: The Evolving State and the Future of Trade.

Various discrepancies that have changed the physiognomy of global trade are pointed out in The New Global Trading Order: The Evolving State and the Future of Trade.

Strong and effective practical measures that can change the course of global trade are suggested by Ari Afilalo.

·       Theories for Afilalo’s research are based on these major subjects: international trade, international business transactions, European Union laws.

Relationship Between International Trade Laws & the State

These three subjects are interconnected with a common aim, to explore the relationship between the international trade laws and the nature of the State. The new book of Ari Afilalo focuses on the same working relationship.

He also explores the form of the trade order since the postmodern era. Furthermore, he adds his insights to the various regulatory frameworks and numerous current institutions that need to be changed or supplemented.

Moreover, Ari Afilalo examines the relationship between the constitutional law of the country (State) and international law and how they can co-exist better. He has written a number of publications on Figshare.

It has been argued by him that the norms that shape the State should also shape the international trade law. Because of that, there will be minimum friction between the two.

In Ari Afilalo’s book – The New Global Trading Order, you can read in detail about the relationship between the state and the international trade law.
